Two different datasets presenting data from each Submission can be accessed here:

One detailed dataset on federal state and national scale, containing all activity data, IEFs and emissions, as well as summaries of emissions of greenhouse gases and air pollutants. A link to data of the LULUCF sector can be found here.

One dataset on district scale: The emissions of the individual greenhouse gases and air pollutants are aggregated at district scale. For this, the distribution of activity data among districts was partially estimated because no district-level statistics exist. The number of digits in the data made available for download does not allow any conclusions about their uncertainty.
